Selecting Text Only, under the View menu, displays the Text Edit box and buttons only. This smaller window allows you to input and print records, using the last template, quickly and convenietly.
To prevent overprinting the edge of labels with too-long or too-wide addresses select Options, under the Templates menu, and click in the Reduce and/or Enlarge boxes under Auto Fit Address.
